MAHJONGG- FRIDAYS AT 10:00am

TEXTILE GROUP FRIDAYS, IN PERSON 1:00PM AT SENIOR CENTER.

Quilters Group:

MEXICAN TRAIN  is a game played with dominoes. The object of the game is for a player to play all the tiles from his or her hand onto one or more chains, or trains, emanating from a central hub or "station".

Appointments are being taken now for AARP Tax assistance at the East Hampton Senior Center.

Appointments will be on Mondays beginning in February, March and April 4. Please call the Center for an appointment.

Tai Chi with Tom, Moving for Better Balance – Tuesdays & Thursdays at 10:30am, $40  - Emphasis on improving balance and functional mobility, as well as fall prevention. New Zoom session began March 8th. 10:30-11:00am. 8-week session runs through April 26th. $40.00 per session.

In-person with Kitch or via Zoom - Wednesdays, 11:40am to 12:40pm - Spring session starts on 4/6 - Cost of 10-week session is $20.00. The class meets in the Community Room at the Town Hall. Kitch takes you through this calming practice to help you center and focus.

WRITER"S WORKSHOP

Setback played every Thursday, 1:15pm to 3:15pm.Partners are determined onthe day of the game. Pre-registration, on-line or call in is preferred.

Come learn about the results of the Older Adult Survey that many of you completed in the fall. Bob Atherton and other Commission on Aging members will share the results and answer any questions you may have. Light refreshements will be available. Please pre-register .
