UPDATE TO PRUDENCE CRANDALL TRIP
East Hampton Youth and Family Services and EPOCH Arts are offering a day trip to the Prudence Crandall House in June.  One of Connecticut’s Historic Homes, the Prudence Crandall House in Canterbury CT is notable for having been a school for African Americans which was opened in 1832.  Also home to Prudence Crandall, Connecticut's  official state heroine.  This program is available to students entering 5th grade and up in Fall 2015 and parents/guardians!  Cost is $5.00 for students and $7.00 for parents.  Lunch is not provided and there is a gift shop.  The bus will pick attendees up on June 24, 2015, 9am at EPOCH ARTS, 27 Skinner Street, East Hampton CT.  Drop-off is approximately 3pm.  Please arrive early for pick-up! This agency provides individual, couples and family counseling services as well as crisis intervention services. Counseling services are available by appointment only and evening hours are available. Groups are also available at the schools and are jointly lead by school staff and Youth and Family Services staff.
