Meeting called to order 7:00 a.m.
Present: Melissa Engel, Ted Hintz, John Tuttle, Johnny Hanson, Peter Aarrestad and Jeffery O’Keefe.
Motion made by Mr. Hanson, seconded by Mr. Tuttle to approve the minutes of the June 12, 2009 Meeting.~~So voted.
Motion made by Mr. Hintz, seconded by Mr. Hanson to enter into executive session for the purpose of discussing possible land acquisition/pending litigation.~ Came out of executive session at 7:40 a.m.
Discussion ensued regarding~reworking the final draft for the Water Connection Policy to include Thad King on the review panel.
Motion made by Mr. Hintz, seconded by Ms. Engel to adjourn at 7:55 a.m. So voted.
