Minutes from Friday, May 15, 2009

Meeting called to order 7:03 a.m.
Present: Mark Barmasse, Vinnie Susco, Johnny Hanson, Ted Hintz, Jeff O’Keefe, Melissa Engel and Peter Aarrestad.
Minutes from the April 17th meeting were approved.~ Motion made and seconded by Mr. Hintz & Mr. Susco respectively. Mr. Aarrestad and Mr. Barmasse abstained. It should be noted that Mr. Aarrestad was incorrectly listed as present at the April 17th meeting.
Motion made by Mr. Hintz & Mr. Hanson respectively to enter into executive session for the purpose of discussing possible land acquisition/pending litigation. Came out of executive session at 7:45 a.m.
Discussion ensued regarding disbursement of "extra" water in Village Center including the library and senior center as well as contaminated wells in the Village Center. The next meeting agenda will include a review of a draft Town Policy for disbursement of said water.
Motion made to adjourn at 8:03 a.m. by Mr Barmasse.~ Seconded by Mr. Hanson. So voted.
