Present: Chairman John Ciriello, Tom Wells, Jack Solomon, Irene Curtis, Paul Peszynski and Vice Chairman John Jordon by Speaker Phone
Absent: None
Also Present: Recording Secretary Patricia Kratochvil
1. Call to Order
Chairman Ciriello called the meeting to order at 6:34 pm. Roll was taken. .
2. Discuss and vote on Proposed Budget for 2010
John Ciriello moved to accept the 2009/2010 budget dated January 13, 2009 in its entirety. The motion was seconded by Irene Curtis. (attached)
A discussion ensued on the changes to the budget.
Motion Carried 6-0-0
3. Adjournment
John Ciriello moved to adjourn at 6:50 pm. The motion was seconded by Tom Wells.
