MINUTES
Present: Chairman John Ciriello, Tom Wells, Jack Solomon, Irene Curtis
Absent: Vice Chairman John Jordon and Paul Peszynski
Also Present: Recording Secretary Patricia Kratochvil and Susan Weintraub
1. Call to Order
Chairman Ciriello called the meeting to order at 7:02 pm. Roll was taken. .
2. Discuss and vote on Proposed Budget for 2010
John Ciriello moved to pass the 2009/2010 budget as presented. The motion was seconded by Jack Solomon
A discussion ensued on the budget. The commission went through each line item.
Motion Failed 3-0-1
Jack Solomon abstained.
Discussion reopened on the 2009/2010 budget. It was explained that an addendum to the budget would be attached.
Jack Solomon moved to pass the 2009/2010 budget with the attached addendum. The motion was seconded by Irene Curtis. (Attached)
Motion Carried 4-0-0
3. Adjournment
Jack Solomon moved to adjourn at 7:55 pm. The motion was seconded by John Ciriello
Motion Carried 4-0-0
