Present: Chairman David Simko, Matthew Walton, Dr. Richard Brown, Richard Dufour and Dean Michelson
Others Present: Assistant Chief Steve Palmer, Deputy Chief Greg Voelker, HuntVoelker, Ted Hintz (BOF), Kenny Royce, Joe Guest and Rich Klotzbier
David Simko called the Annual meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. at Company #1 on Barton Hill Road.
Election of Chairman: Mr. Simko opened the floor to nominations for Chairman. A motion was made by Dr. Richard Brown seconded by Richard Dufour, to nominate current Chairman, David Simko. There were no other nominations. Dean Michelson, seconded by Richard Brown made a motion to close nominations. All members in favor of David Simko for Chairman. Vote 4-0 and 1 abstention.
Elections of Secretary: Mr. Simko opened the floor to nominations for Secretary. A motion was made by Richard Dufour to nominate Matthew Walton for secretary seconded by Richard Brown. There were no other nominations. Dean Michelson, seconded by Richard Dufour motion to close nominations. All members in favor of Matthew Walton for Secretary. Vote 4-0 and 1 abstention
A Motion made by Dean Michelson to adjourn at 7:02 p.m. and seconded by Richard Dufour. Vote 5-0 all in favor.
