MINUTES

Present: John Tuttle, Rob Boissenault, Dan Olson, Richard Pikulsi, Tim Day


Call to order: 7:00pm
Approval of minutes  motion Mr. Pikulski
                                  2nd by Mr Boissenault
                                  passed 5-0

Updates on  20% x 2010
                  Olson – Town Map placement of Library to highlight C.E.O.C. properties
                                Group committed to take town map to Shaw’s and other civic
                                events to seek out more current and future participants.

                   Tuttle – Discussed $61,000 stimulus funds that the town was awarded.
                                 Suggested use for Town-wide conservation Plan Developement
                   Olson – Green zoning. Dan to review more details on the initiative with
                                   goal of this group formulating a letter to P&Z with suggestions.
                    Day – WPCA outflow – ideas and next steps reviewed with the group.

Other business
                  Tuttle: East Hampton Clean Energy Forum Series:
                                 September target to re-start:  Wind
                                 October: conservation
