MINUTES

Present:   John Tuttle, Rob Boissenault, George Pfaffenbach, Bob Davis, Dan Olson, Richard Pikulsi

Absent: Paul Michaud

Call to order: 7:00pm

1)      20% by 2010 Initiative update:
Dan Olson to follow-up placing a link on town’s web-site to East Hampton’s page on the CCEF site.

2)      Project Identification:
        a)  Wind Turbine Test:
Paul: Follow-up to seek status of CCEF decision

        b)  Sewage Plant “in-line flow” generator:
Bob Davis shared his findings
A list of questions was developed that require further discussion with Mr. Susco.  John Tuttle to follow-up

        c)  Memorial School Roof:
John Tuttle shared update of meeting held with CCEF Advisor David Ljunquist, along with TM, Fin. Director, Supt. of Schools, Facility Director.

3)      Other business:  
            Mr. Ted Earl spoke to the group about his group’s (Middle Haddam School Association) desire to place PV on and around the Middle Haddam School.

The group committed to revisit the property (drive-by) to get a better feel of its condition and available open space for ground based PV.

George Pfaffenbach will pull the plot plan for the group to understand the size of the parcel and bordering properties.
